Please check your name servers!

If you have not been able to reach your site since Friday please check your name server listings. With the discontinuing of our old server, if you were using old name servers for your dns, they no longer work. If you are not sure what your name servers listings are, please use a whois service such as www.whois.net to find out. Type your domain name into their WHOIS Lookup. Select the proper extension of .com, .net, etc and press GO.

On the page of information it will then display about your domain it should say:

Domain servers in listed order:
    ns1.fivebuckhost.net
    ns2.fivebuckhost.net
    ns3.fivebuckhost.net

You only need to have 2 name servers listed, and we recommend using ns1.fivebuckhost.net and ns2.fivebuckhost.net, but you may list all three. The order is not critical.

If you are listing something other than our fivebuckhost.net ones you will need to log into your domain name registrar and update your domain name server information. If you are not sure who is providing your domain registration look at the line on that page that starts: Registration Service Provided By: and go from there.
