To access your control panel, you should first go to your web site. Once your page is loaded, add /cpanel at the end of your domain name, so it would look like http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel, with your domain name of course. Click on the Go button, or press your enter key.  You will be prompted for your user name and password to access the control panel

If you domain name has not yet resolved to our servers, you can use the format http://IPADDRESS/cpanel to access the same control panel. Of course, IPADDRESS should be replaced with the IP address for your site. This information, along with links to your control panel an other useful tools was sent to you in your Account Confirmation email. If you no longer have that, you can access the My Emails page in the Online Client Portal to review that email.
